You will be responsible for supervising a team of virtual nurses, providing them with the support and guidance needed to deliver exceptional patient care. Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role
Experience in virtual or telehealth nursing preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
Ability to work independently and manage a remote team
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the virtual nursing team
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies
Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and service delivery
Provide support and guidance to virtual nurses, addressing any issues or concerns
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and departments to ensure integrated patient care
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the virtual nursing team
Participate in the recruitment and training of new virtual nurses

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
Masters degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred
Experience
At least 5 years of nursing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a management or supervisory role
