[Remote] Academic Coach, Alpha Anywhere (Remote) - $60,000/year USD

As an Academic Coach, you will facilitate a unique learning model that enables students to achieve mastery through real-time coaching and data-driven interventions. Responsibilities • Creating highly precise Academic Data Reports that identify challenges and initiate corrective action within 48 hours • Conducting fast-turnaround "rescue" sessions that eliminate blockers and restore student motivation for upcoming work • Leading post-assessment coaching conversations to distinguish conceptual gaps from simple mistakes and define clear action steps • Reporting roster irregularities or data inconsistencies as soon as they emerge, protecting the accuracy of all performance metrics • Collaborating with Parent Support and Academics leadership to improve tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor advances • Provide real-time academic analysis and direct student interventions that maintain 2× learning velocity throughout the Alpha Anywhere network Skills • Demonstrated ability working in data science or related role, education, EdTech, or a student-support role with both analytical and interpersonal components • Proficiency in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering…) • High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills and a kid-friendly coaching style Company Overview • Crossover is a global recruitment company, founded in 2014.
