About the Role We're seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator II to support our Program Coordinator in managing calibration activities, test equipment lifecycle, and vendor relationships. This remote role is based in Gainesville, GA, and offers a unique opportunity to work with a global company that's shaping the future of healthcare. Key Responsibilities Calibration Management: Ensure 100% compliance with calibration standards and manage the lifecycle of test equipment, including end-of-life, new requirements, and service delivery needs. Vendor Management: Oversee calibration vendor activities, including calibration, tagging, initial release, repairs, and continuous improvement. Monitor vendor performance and drive supplier quality engineers to address issues. Process Improvement: Minimize material spend through monthly analysis, corrections, employee training, and awareness. Identify and implement productivity opportunities, and lead tool and test equipment allocation, purchase, and repair processes. Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and manage relationships between GENPACT Process Leaders, Site Leaders, and GE Healthcare Field Service Organization. Drive service delivery processes, metrics, compliance, and improvement for the calibration program. Quality Improvement: Drive constant quality improvement using Lean for tools and processes. Lead DCS test equipment process improvement initiatives, leverage Local Customer Team synergies, and drive national operational initiatives. Communication and Reporting: Provide regular metrics reporting to internal customer groups, and lead actions to meet or exceed DCS Service Delivery goals, including Tools & Test Equipment, Purchasing, and Monthly Zone scorecards/metrics. Issue Resolution: Serve as a key liaison for Zones to lead resolution and engage necessary resources to proactively resolve Service Calibration Issues. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: A BS or BA degree and demonstrated process management experience, or an AA degree and 2 years of experience in process management, or 4 years of process management experience. Prior experience with calibration standards and test equipment requirements is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive process improvements and quality initiatives. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage relationships and drive results.
