Your interactions will include handling customer questions, offering sales support, and providing promotional discounts. You will be the face of our clients' brands, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive, informative, and engaging. Your main tasks will include: Responding to live chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner Providing accurate and helpful information to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues Offering sales support and guidance to customers, helping them navigate through sales processes Providing promotional discounts and offers to customers, as per the clients' instructions Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable Contract Length and Compensation This position is flexible, with no fixed term, allowing you to work at your own pace and choose your own schedule. Your compensation will be $35 per hour, depending on your experience and the complexity of the interactions.
