Key Responsibilities As a Data Entry Claims Intake Processor at blithequark, your primary focus will be on accurately entering data from insurance claims and authorization requests into our system. Your daily tasks will include: Entering data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests expediently and efficiently to meet client turnaround times. Navigating efficiently and effectively through our imaging software to retrieve claims and authorizations for data entry. Differentiating between different claim types and following the appropriate data entry guidelines to ensure accuracy and compliance. Accurately identifying specific document types that require special handling, demonstrating a high degree of attention to detail. Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure that work is completed in accordance with designated turnaround times, promoting a team-oriented environment. Supporting additional workflows as needed due to internal or external requirements, showcasing your adaptability and willingness to assist the team. Required Level of Experience: 6 months or more years of experience in a data entry or typing-focused role, demonstrating your proficiency in data entry and ability to work accurately under deadlines. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong data entry/typing skills, with the ability to achieve high speeds with accuracy. Excellent attention to detail, ensuring that all data entered is accurate and complete. High degree of accuracy, meeting the required 8,200 KSPH with a 98% Accuracy Rate for this position.
