Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative (Remote) working from home, your primary responsibilities will include: Providing inbound customer support to members with insurance-related inquiries and concerns. Greeting customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner, utilizing agreed-upon procedures. Assessing inbound calls to accurately and efficiently address members' needs, maintaining a strong customer focus. Demonstrating patience and compassion while working collaboratively as a team player, leveraging available resources to achieve the best outcome for the member. Navigating multiple systems efficiently to resolve customer inquiries and issues. Delivering expert customer experiences with a positive and welcoming attitude. Essential Qualifications To excel in this role, you'll need: A passion for helping others and a strong customer service orientation. A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience. A verifiable High School diploma or GED. Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge. Proficiency in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments.
