Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative (Remote) working from home, your primary responsibilities will include: Providing inbound customer support to members with insurance-related inquiries and concerns. Greeting customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner, utilizing agreed-upon procedures.
