About the Role As a key member of our Locker+ team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, managing the day-to-day operations of the Locker+ location, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. You'll work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with customers, and using cutting-edge technology to facilitate efficient and convenient package delivery and returns. Key Responsibilities Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare packages for delivery Assist customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized support Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to blithequark's high standards Manage Locker+ location operations, including opening and closing procedures Utilize technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders Receive and process truck deliveries, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of packages Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: To be at least 18 years old and able to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines in English Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation Capacity to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation Flexibility to work part-time schedules, varying week to week, between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. Ability to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other equipment to move items around Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and experience will be a plus: Previous customer service experience, particularly in a retail or package delivery environment Familiarity with technology, including handheld devices and smartphones Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and situations Strong problem-solving and communication skills What to Expect at blithequark Locker+ Locations Our Locker+ locations are designed to provide a comfortable and safe working environment.
