Responsibilities Scheduling appointments for the Service Department Ensure customer retention by providing extraordinary customer service Use multi-line phone system to receive high volume inbound calls Achieve and maintain goals to increase ongoing service retention by using multiple forms of communication Other responsibilities as assigned by management Skills Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle Call center or customer service experience preferred Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply!
