Training and Knowledge Review (30 minutes)
Review provided training materials on company policies, products, and services.
Familiarize yourself with frequently asked questions and standard responses.
Practice handling common customer inquiries.
First Customer Interaction (45 minutes)
Start taking incoming chat requests.
Greet customers warmly and professionally.
Listen attentively to their inquiries or concerns.
Provide accurate and helpful responses in a timely manner.
Follow company guidelines for handling different types of inquiries (e.g., troubleshooting, billing, product information).
Break (10 minutes)
Take a short break to rest and recharge.
Stretch or walk around to avoid sitting for too long.
Grab a healthy snack or drink.
Second Customer Interaction (45 minutes)
Resume taking incoming chat requests.
Assist customers with any additional inquiries or issues.
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude.
Ensure all customer interactions are documented accurately.
Wrap-Up and Feedback (15 minutes)
Complete any remaining tasks, such as updating customer records or notes.
Provide feedback to supervisors if there were any challenging situations or areas for improvement.
Log out of the chat system and prepare to end the shift.
Post-Shift Reflection (10 minutes)
Reflect on the shift: What went well? What could be improved?
Make notes for yourself on any learnings or areas to focus on for future shifts.
Plan any necessary follow-up actions or additional training.
