WooCommerce Expert for Inventory Status Customization
We are seeking a skilled WooCommerce expert to assist with customizing inventory status on onlinesexdolls.com. Currently it shows multiple stock statuses (which also change when inventory tracking is toggled), but I want to simplify this to only two options: 1. "In Stock" (preferably with # of units displayed) 2. "Available For Order - Contact For Delivery Time" I want it not only simple for customers on the frontend, but simple for me and my partner on the backend - no added steps or extraneous options that we have to ignore (or avoid hitting by accident) just a clean, idiot-proof interface. WP + WooCommerce, Woodmart with child theme in use. This will require modifying or overwriting the existing WooCommerce stock-status logic (or the plugin controlling it) so that products show only one of these two statuses on product pages, category pages and anywhere stock status appears, including the backend. What I'm looking for: a. Strong experience with WooCommerce hooks, filters, templates and customizations. b. Ability to create a clean, maintainable solution that won't break during updates c. Clear communication, fast turnaround and patience with any questions Why apply: This is a first step/test project. I have ongoing work available for the right dev as we continue improving and expanding the site, including template adjustments, performance/UX improvements, abandoned cart recovery, etc. and long term maintenance .
