Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of conversations.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and their needs are met.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve service delivery.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficient in using computers and navigating various software applications.
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
