Wastewater Coatings Estimator Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Coatings Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates for coatings projects, particularly in wastewater environments, ensuring that all specifications are met while considering budget constraints and project timelines. Key Responsibilities • Analyze project specifications and requirements to prepare detailed cost estimates for coatings applications. • Consult with clients to understand their needs and provide technical guidance on coatings solutions. • Evaluate site conditions and potential challenges that may affect the cost or execution of coatings projects. • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure estimates align with project goals and timelines. • Maintain accurate records of estimates, proposals, and project changes for future reference and auditing purposes. Qualifications • Proven experience as an estimator in coatings applications, preferably with a focus on wastewater projects. • Strong knowledge of coating materials, processes, and industry standards. • Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. • Familiarity with water treatment facilities and commercial coatings is a plus.
