Job Description
As a Walmart Data Entry Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for managing and updating data across our systems. You will work closely with team members to ensure data accuracy and address any data discrepancies. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Your primary task will be data entry, but you may also be asked to assist with other administrative duties as needed.
Responsibilities

Accurately input and update data in the company’s systems.
Validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Assist with data cleanup and correction initiatives.
Generate reports and provide data analysis support.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to resolve data-related issues.
Organize and maintain electronic files and records.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Proven experience in data entry or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent typing skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong communication skills.
High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer.

Educational Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Additional certification in data entry or administrative assistance is a plus.
