Job Summary As a Customer Care Representative, you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, responding to calls from store partners who require guidance or support. Your primary responsibilities will include accepting incoming calls, creating tickets for assistance, and providing basic troubleshooting. You will be an integral part of our customer care team, and your excellent communication and organizational skills will be essential in delivering high-quality service to our customers. Key Responsibilities: Accept incoming calls from store partners and customers, and respond to their queries in a timely and professional manner. Create tickets for assistance and follow up on existing issues to ensure resolution. Provide basic troubleshooting and problem-solving support to customers. Follow written guidelines and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in service delivery. Process forms and documents sent by providers and other stakeholders. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and issues. Requirements and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent required; some college or associate's degree preferred. 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software. Preferred Qualifications: We would be delighted if you possess the following skills and qualifications: Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment. Familiarity with retail operations and procedures. Excellent note-taking and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
