Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner
Assist customers with order issues, product questions, and account information
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments as needed
Document customer interactions and manage data accurately
