Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.
Provide accurate and detailed information about products, services, and company policies.
Assist customers with placing orders, navigating the website, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a courteous and timely manner.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.

Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in using live chat software, CRM systems, and basic computer applications.
Ability to work independently and effectively manage time in a remote setting.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
