Virtual Assistant - Xactimate & Admin Support

This is a remote position. WFH | Part-Time | 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM ESTOverview:We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with Xactimate expertise to support our client’s construction company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates and quotes, while also providing general administrative support. This role requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during U.S. EST hours.Key Responsibilities: • Prepare accurate estimates and project quotes using Xactimate • Assist in generating cost breakdowns and reports for projects • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, email management, and document organization • Maintain detailed and organized project records • Provide support to management in coordinating day-to-day administrative needs Qualifications: • Proven experience using Xactimate(REQUIRED) • Previous experience in construction, estimating, or related administrative roles preferred • Strong computer literacy and excellent attention to detail • Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines • Good written and verbal communication skills Apply tot his job
