University Relations Manager - Northeast (fully remote)

About the position Responsibilities • Develop and implement a data-driven outreach and recruitment plan for colleges and universities. • Maintain and cultivate relationships with staff, faculty, and stakeholders at partner institutions. • Visit colleges and universities to promote SIT programs through fairs and outreach activities. • Prioritize accessibility for underrepresented student populations in recruitment planning. • Serve as the primary liaison to assigned institutions through regular communication. • Promote SIT/World Learning at national and regional professional meetings and conferences. • Engage in campus activities to deepen engagement and create champions for SIT programs. • Track and analyze enrollment trends and report to leadership. • Maintain accurate data in Salesforce regarding institutions and outreach activities. • Provide feedback on program development and admissions processes. Requirements • Master's degree in a related field preferred and three years of related experience, or a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience in international education or recruitment. • Significant intercultural and international experience. • Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. • Proven experience in marketing international programs. • Strong public speaking, communication, marketing, and networking skills. • Understanding of current issues in higher education and study abroad. • Ability to work cooperatively with various stakeholders. • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. • Enthusiasm and willingness to travel frequently, up to twelve weeks per semester. • Valid US driver's license and ability to travel independently. • Occasional physical activities such as lifting boxes of 25-30 pounds.
