Job Description

As a Work from Home Customer Support Representative at American Express, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your role will involve assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive customer experience. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service, have excellent communication skills, and can work efficiently in a remote environment.
