3. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
4. Monitor and manage patient health data using advanced telehealth technology.
5. Provide support and guidance to patients regarding their health concerns and treatment plans.
6. Facilitate communication between patients, caregivers, and healthcare teams.
7. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and care plans.
