As a Telehealth Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients seeking telehealth services. You will play a critical role in ensuring that patients receive timely and effective care, while also coordinating with healthcare providers to facilitate seamless communication and service delivery.
This is a fully remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from home while being an integral part of a leading healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a genuine passion for patient care.
Requirements
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Certification as a Medical Assistant or similar role preferred
– Previous experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in telehealth, is a plus
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Proficiency with computer systems and telehealth platforms
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
Responsibilities
– Serve as the primary point of contact for telehealth patients
– Schedule and coordinate telehealth appointments
– Assist patients with navigating the telehealth platform and troubleshoot any issues
– Ensure that patient records are up-to-date and accurately maintained
– Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to relay patient concerns and questions
– Provide patients with information about CVS Health services and resources
– Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
