Veeva is seeking an experienced and passionate Technical Instructor to be part of a young, exciting software company that is growing rapidly in the Asia Pacific. As a technical instructor, you train and educate them through a comprehensive curriculum and a wide range of training programs to elevate their skill set and succeed at their roles, ranging from highly technical platform architects, developers, and administrators to application-specific business analysts and super users. In this capacity, you will become a subject matter expert and evangelist for Veeva products and the life sciences domain and will be responsible for ensuring learners can effectively use, administer, and configure Veeva products at the conclusion of the training to their full potentialThe Technical Instructor will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the best trainers in the industry and learn best practices for training delivery, training design, and virtual engagement. What You’ll DoDeliver engaging learning experiences with appropriate classroom management and audience-engagement methods in a primarily virtual environment with the potential to travel on-siteProactively maintain, develop, and strengthen your training delivery expertise and technical product knowledgeAs an ambassador for training services, you will collaborate and build relationships with Veeva subject matter experts, key stakeholders, and the technical curriculum development team to further develop, refine, and maintain the training programParticipate and lead initiatives that support Veeva’s business goals and strive to improve learner experience overallDemonstrate a strong self-accountable attitude and initiative in identifying and highlighting enhancements in training delivery approach and contentWork with leadership to champion continuing development by incorporating ongoing learning opportunities and delivery strategiesSupport curriculum development team to develop courses and quizzesProvide ongoing support to trainees through Q&A, office hours, and troubleshooting challenges they encounterRequirementsBachelor’s / BTech degree or equivalent work experience required.5+ years’ experience in coaching and delivering technical enterprise software training to internal (employees) and external (customers and partners) stakeholders, preferably in a technology companyDemonstrated experience working with and communicating to technical or business audiences on enterprise software products. Possess effective presentation skills in a variety of formal settingsDemonstrate ability to quickly acquire new skills and master them. Demonstrate a solid understanding and application of adult learning principles and training evaluationExcellent verbal, reading, and writing ability in EnglishFlexible, detailed, collaborative, team-oriented and proactive individual who shows initiative and holds themselves accountableAn eye for quality and committed focus on customer success, employee success, speed, and doing the right thingTravel to deliver on-site training upon request (up to 20%); international travel is possibly requiredGood experience in curriculum design and development Flexible to work in different time zone such as APAC, India & EMEANice to HaveExperience using or administering Veeva products such as Quality & Safety / Clinical Platform / Commercial CloudLife sciences experience, or experience with products and/or processes related to Life SciencesConsulting or training delivery experience in document management systemsService delivery (consulting, training) experience with a SaaS company in the enterprise (B2B) spaceTeaching or consulting experience with relational databases, & programming languages like Java.
