Talent Pool - Account Manager (German Speaking)

We are building a talent pool for Account Managers with professional fluency in both German and English and at least 3 years of relevant experience. This opening is for future opportunities requiring bilingual proficiency, and selected candidates will be considered for upcoming roles. Established in 2016, Slasify is a Singapore-based technology company operating with a fully remote team and is rapidly-growing through our EOR & payroll services rendered to businesses worldwide. Our colleagues are currently working in Taiwan, China, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, USA, Canada, Serbia, France, Dubai, and more! We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Customer Department. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of working experience in a client facing role. ResponsibilitiesDevelop trusted advisor relationships with clientsEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectivesResponsible for the onboarding and offboarding of clients and its employeesClearly communicate/update the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to leadershipPrepare monthly reports for client accounts and collaborate with finance team on accurate and timely invoicingAccurately crosscheck and confirm payroll and reimbursements of clients’ employeesCollaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territoryAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as neededRequirementsPrior professional experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant roleFluency in English and German a mustMinimum 2~3 years of experience in a client facing roleFamiliarity with local regulations in Germany High attention to detail and excellent organizational skillsExperience with CRM software and project management toolsProven ability to juggle multiple client accounts and time-sensitive projects at a timeExcellent listening, collaboration and cross-cultural patience and understandingGo-getter attitude with strong problem solving skills and a curiosity to learnAbility to work independently without constant supervision, prior remote working experience is a plusStrong verbal and written communication skillsBenefitsUnlimited holidays (but sorry, you cannot cash out)Flexible working hoursLaptop buy-back policySeasonal bonusEqual Employment Opportunity DisclaimerAt Slasify, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.
