Your Impact At Deliverect, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our rapid growth by filling key positions within our Go-To-Market teams. As a Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be responsible for attracting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing top talent to join our dynamic team. Your expertise in talent acquisition will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless hiring process and bringing in top-tier talent to drive our business forward. A Typical Day: • Quickly ramp up urgent hiring needs. • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals. • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit and interest. • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates. • Conduct in-depth interviews using modern techniques and best practices. • Manage the hiring process from initial contact to offer stage, including background checks and pre-employment assessments. • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. • Partner with the People Operations, Rewards and Learning and Development teams to create employment contracts and facilitate a seamless onboarding process. • Track and manage the applicant tracking system (Lever) to ensure efficient candidate flow. Your Expertise: • Proven Track Record: 2+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced environment. • Strong Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in utilizing various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter. • Effective Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure a high-quality candidate experience. Additional Considerations: • We are looking for candidates that are available immediately or no later than January 2nd. • This is a 2-3 month contract position, with a potential opportunity to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate. • This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 2-3 days of remote work per week depending on your commute distance. • Fluency in English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills being essential. • No agencies please.
