This role is part of the GFiber Engineering organization Architecture team, that builds the E2E back office systems managing and operating the business and operations function and core products, that serves our customers. The Architecture team is responsible for designing and leading development of solutions for converged cloud-native network systems that will make the internet available to all. Role Description As a member of the team, the OSS/ BSS Systems and Tools Architect will be working to create the overall architecture vision for a specific solution to a business problem and make architecture design for our Digital transformation Program. You will define and design a future state aligned Business and Systems architecture to support our Product, Operations and business objectives. Reviewing and aligning on solution architecture with stakeholders. In this role, you'll: • Develop and maintain end-to-end AI based architecture including but not limited to, interface design document, design specification, process design document, sequence diagrams, data flow diagrams and data models across the BSS/ OSS ecosystem. • Research AI based technology and define AI strategies across BSS/OSS Systems and tools platforms • Develop and maintain AI reference Architecture patterns, and AI roadmap across systems. • Take ownership of technical issues and activities and drive to completion of architecture for e2e solution across all technologies • Designing end to end AI enabled Systems architecture. Create and maintain the solution architecture roadmap across all Epics and produce architecture blueprints for each release iteration. • For new early stage projects, assess AI integration strategy, software technology needed to develop solutions, based on integration with other 3rd party and home-grown systems and architectural guidelines/standards • Knowledge in several areas of BSS/OSS and Field Ops domain- Inventory, Provisioning/Activation and Fault/Performance management, Field Engineering etc. At a minimum we'd like you to have: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, related field or equivalent experience. • 7 years of experience in the telecom Fiber/ cable industry Systems architecture working E2E OSS solution consulting, architecture design, with some focused experience in AI technologies. • Experience in extending AI to connect various platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Network/ OSS, SAP, Internal systems etc • Experience working with customers to understand their requirements and developing the solution design in the Cloud technologies, BSS/OSS, FCAPS (ordering/bill, provisioning/ activation, fault management, inventory, ticketing, field engineering, etc) platforms, integrating COTS and/or in-house OSS /BSS Platforms. It's preferred if you have: • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, related field or equivalent experience. • 10 years of experience on telecom Fiber, cable industry experience in BSS/ OSS solution consulting, architecture and design. • Experience in design and implementations, integrations, and enhancement projects and delivering overall solution architectures for Back Office platforms. • Experience with Cloud and security architecture. • Knowledge of Agile methodologies. The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $139,200 - $203,300 + bonus + cash award + benefits.
