About the role As our Student Assistant, you will join a hands-on, friendly team working on data governance and driving adoption of Arla’s data & analytics platform. Based in Viby and teaming up with colleagues in Gdańsk, you will be part of an international, informal environment with plenty of trust and ownership. We use data as a force for good—setting platform direction, defining standards and best practices, and helping the business make better decisions. Your role is to help colleagues get more from our platform and tools through clear communication, engaging learning content, and activities that boost adoption. It’s a great chance to build enablement and communication skills, learn modern data platform practices, and make a real impact while you study. Your Responsibilities • Developing Learning Materials: Identify training needs, create engaging content, and explore new formats to help the organization embrace data • Supporting Content Creation: Support our stakeholder engagement by helping us create clear and understandable presentations, overviews and visuals to support our communications • Driving Communication Activities: Assist in planning and executing our communication by developing creative content and organizing activities. • Ad Hoc Projects: Contribute to other value-adding projects as needed, making a real impact on our team’s success. What makes you successful? We imagine you are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and have approximately two years left in your studies. You might be studying Business Communication, Information Science, ITKO, or a related field. We value candidates who: • Have excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint • Are fluent in English—both spoken and written. • Are proactive, with a “can-do” attitude and a structured approach to tasks. • Possess strong communication and collaboration skills and are used to creating visually compelling and easy-to-understand slide presentations • Have a keen eye for detail and a genuine interest in creating impactful learning and communication materials. • Experience with video-making tools or data-related topics is a bonus but not a requirement.
