Statistical Data Analyst/Project Manager (Customer Insight) Job Overview: Stratfield is seeking a Statistical Data Analyst/Project Manager (Customer Insight) to join our client’s Customer & Market Insights team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in survey analytics and project management, and will be responsible for delivering insights on customer experience and satisfaction using feedback data. This is a contract position that will be remote. Sponsorship is not available for this position. Responsibilities: • Lead project intake and delegation for internal requests for customer experience insights, including all project documentation. • Deliver insights leveraging survey data to internal stakeholders across various projects. • Perform analysis using customer experience survey data to support business questions and initiatives. • Manage third-party vendors to deliver cross-functional insights requiring broader industry-level analysis. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related data-centric field. • 3–4 years of experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative data. • Proficiency in survey data analysis and statistical platforms. • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams. • Experience managing multiple project timelines and prioritizing updates. • Ability to learn new systems and analytical platforms. • Familiarity with Natural Language Processing capabilities. • Experience with platforms such as SMG 360 is a plus.
