DSI Systems Inc., an Authorized Starlink Partner, has an exciting opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our growing Starlink team as a Starlink Dispatch Specialist. This role supports both residential installations, ensuring high-quality service and efficient coordination between our technician network, customers, and internal teams. With Starlink’s rapid expansion and innovative technology, this role is key to delivering reliable internet access across underserved and remote areas. As a Starlink Dispatch Specialist, you will manage real-time work orders, support technician offices, and ensure seamless communication across platforms and departments. Responsibilities • Complete real-time updates and maintenance in the work order management system • Support daily operations and monthly goal attainment • Handle inbound dispatch calls via the Five9 phone system • Resolve issues and escalate as needed using critical thinking • Create and assign work orders to technician offices • Maintain accurate records in SARA Plus, Web Tracker, Salesforce, and Zendesk • Assist technicians during installations and approve custom fees • Conduct work order reviews and facilitate proper close-out procedures • Process and manage inventory requests from technician offices • Provide order status updates to internal departments • Maintain ongoing communication with technician offices to meet timelines • Work directly with customers to coordinate payments for hardware and services Requirements • Strong team player with a high level of integrity and motivation • Driven to meet goals, timelines, and customer expectations • Excellent written, verbal, and phone communication skills • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Able to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines • Experience in creating professional correspondence • Comfortable working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders • Ability to make sound decisions under pressure • Familiarity with U.S. geographic regions and route planning using Google Maps • Minimum 1 year of experience in the satellite or telecom industry • Experience dispatching or routing technicians nationwide preferred • English or bilingual (Spanish) preferred • Ability to sit for extended periods, wear a headset, and use multiple computer systems • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel • Experience with SARA Plus, Web Tracker, Salesforce, Zendesk, and Five9 preferred (training provided for the right candidate) Benefits • Competitive base salary plus monthly commission • Medical, Dental & Life insurance are available on the first day of the month following your first day of employment – no extended waiting period • 401k Plan with employer matching • Paid vacation, personal/sick days, and bereavement time • Employee Profit Sharing Program • 50% AT&T wireless discount • Paid training • Ongoing training and development • Advancement opportunities, we prefer to promote from within!
