Staples eCommerce Sales Support Analyst (Remote) in _Any Location – Remote, United States

What you’ll be doing: • Maintains custom electronic registration forms from customers to collect and upload user information to customer accounts on StaplesAdvantage.com • Manages day to day manual user profile maintenance for customer accounts through various methods (one-off customer emails, large file uploads, e-registration data downloads, etc) • Creates & updates basic bulletin board messages • Creates and updated Ship to’s,BC’S & PO’s in CSS Setup • Possesses ability to clean up and manipulate incoming customer data using MS Excel in order to upload in a reliable and batch-ready format • StaplesAdvantage.com as well as troubleshoot Shopping list issues • Provides detailed analysis and reports on customer account data for Sales • Possesses the ability to Troubleshoot Website issues What you bring to the table : • High technical aptitude • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong customer service skills to manage challenging customer expectations • Ability to act and work independently and decisively • Must meet team Performance Metrics • Exceptional organizational skills, written and verbal with attention to detail • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and challenging atmosphere that presents a significant and consistent workload • Ability to learn and utilize new tools & applications effectively Qualifications : What’s needed- Basic Qualifications • High School Diploma/GED • + years previous related experience in a support or service role What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications • High level of Microsoft Office knowledge & understanding, especially MS Excel & MS Access • Bachelor’s Degree We Offer : • Competitive Pay • Inclusive culture with associate-led Business Resource Groups and resources such as the Social Justice Resource Center • Full-Time Paid Time Off: 112 Hours and Holiday Schedule (7 observed paid holidays + 1 floating holiday), Online and Retail Discounts, Company Match 401(k), Physical and Mental Health Wellness programs, and more!
