Sr. Project Manager

Description Job Description :  Manage the TEK Construction market team ensuring clear communication and direction and all related processes, procedures and related information meet expectations.  Day-to-day customer leadership relationship.  Leader / mentor in day-to-day operations to remove interference and resistance; provide insight and guidance to the team and client as required.  Assist in the resolution of Client and vendor / GC escalations. Essential Job Functions:  Responsible for the effective management of all assigned small cell projects and their associated schedules, including all deliverables associated  Ensure that the Client is aware of issues that will impact timely project completions and affect overall target run rates. Pro-actively seek to identify and apply solutions to ensure overall plan volumes remain successful Skills Project management, Wireless Construction, Project Tracking, Program management Top Skills Details Project management,Wireless Construction,Project Tracking Additional Skills & Qualifications Key Tasks:  Lead external deployment meetings with GCs / vendors to schedule effectively, report progress and manage associated items (CoP, RMA, Outage CRs etc.). Target of 50 power and 50 RAN upgrades per week  Attend client meetings and provide client with status reports as required / defined. Escalate appropriately into client and pro-actively resolve any conflicts or issues  Ensure that all data is maintained in the designated project trackers with complete accuracy.  Work with client teams to ensure a clean hand off for every project into the GCs active schedules.  Manage outage notifications to ensure every scheduled upgrade has an approved CR / outage in client and customer systems (ServiceNow and PIER) – Target no aging RMA TTs  CoP management and reporting to ensure all CoP are submitted within 5-7 days Experience Level Expert Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $70.00/hr.
