What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop enterprise product strategies and facilitate value delivery
- Define problems to solve, identify opportunities and risks, and define success metrics
- Partner cross-functionally to align priorities and sequencing
- Drive collaboration and alignment with key partners and stakeholders
- Shape and drive the strategy for leveraging Generative AI by product teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of product management, product ops, or equivalent experience
- Experience facilitating alignment around priorities and sequencing
- Demonstrated ability to develop and translate strategy to action
- Experience building products that leverage AI, ML, or Generative AI
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Awareness of and familiarity with service design practices
- Ability to successfully lead through ambiguity
- Experience with technology and facilitating communication between teams
