Accountabilities • Develop and execute a comprehensive external communications strategy that ensures consistent messaging, tone, and brand alignment. • Lead external campaigns across corporate and commercial initiatives, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional inputs. • Partner with brand marketing and internal communications teams to align external storytelling with internal engagement and business priorities. • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget. • Build and maintain strong media relationships, oversee press releases, interviews, and ongoing media monitoring and reporting. • Support commercial initiatives by translating external campaigns into clear internal messaging that drives alignment and readiness. • Develop and execute crisis communication plans, acting as a key point of contact during sensitive situations. • Define KPIs, analyze performance data, and continuously optimize communication strategies based on insights. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. • Proven experience in external or corporate communications, brand strategy, or media relations, ideally in a senior or leadership role. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to craft compelling, audience-focused narratives. • Strong project management capabilities, with experience leading multi-channel, cross-functional initiatives. • Demonstrated experience managing agencies, vendors, and media relationships. • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use analytics and insights to inform strategy and measure impact. • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills across internal and external partners. • Experience with crisis communications is a strong plus.
