About the Role:

As a Senior Cybersecurity Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by providing advanced technical expertise and guidance to prospective clients. You will work closely with sales executives to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and address technical challenges to facilitate the sales process. This role requires a strong background in cybersecurity technologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with the sales team to identify and qualify opportunities, understand customer requirements, and propose appropriate cybersecurity solutions.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for prospective customers, showcasing the value and functionality of our solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients by addressing technical inquiries, providing insights on security architectures, and recommending best practices for implementation.
• Work closely with the product and engineering teams to provide feedback on customer needs and support the development of new features and improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals, proof of concepts (POCs), and technical documentation to support the sales cycle.
• Assist in the preparation of RFPs/RFIs and other technical documentation required for client engagements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and solutions to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the industry and our competitive landscape.
• Support the post-sale implementation process, ensuring a smooth transition from pre-sales to deployment and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as a point of contact for any technical support needs and potential upsell opportunities.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or similar are highly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solutions architect, or sales engineering role, with a focus on cybersecurity solutions.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, products, and services, including firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection, threat intelligence, encryption, and cloud security.
• Experience working with diverse customer environments, from SMBs to large enterprises, across various industries.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product management, engineering, and other teams to drive success.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify customer pain points and propose effective solutions.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed (up to 25%).
