Software Engineer - Techgroup America Inc.

We are seeking a Software Engineer with 3 5 years of experience to join a fast-paced, innovative team working on next-generation automation and AI-driven projects in the healthcare domain. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, loves problem-solving, and isn't afraid to fail fast and innovate. You ll be involved in proof of concept (PoC) work, utility/server upgrades, image recognition, and cutting-edge technology integrations involving AutoStore systems, AI, and robotics. Must-Have Qualifications:3 5 years of hands-on development experience with:Experience with or exposure to AutoStore technology and/or image recognition solutions tied to AIExperience building Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for utility upgrades and server updatesStrong background in creating user stories, technical documentation, and capturing business requirementsExperience working closely with business stakeholders to define concepts and identify opportunities for system/process enhancementsNice-to-Haves / Plusses:Experience working in a manufacturing, robotics, or pharmacy automation environmentBackground in a start-up environment someone comfortable with ambiguity and "fail-fast" innovation cyclesPrior involvement with cutting-edge or emerging technologiesSoft Skills & Mindset:Entrepreneurial and self-motivated mindsetComfortable experimenting, iterating, and learning from failuresStrong communication and collaboration skills across business and technical teamsEmployers have access to artificial intelligence language tools (“AI”) that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
