Responsibilities:Develop and implement social media strategies that align with company goals. Manage and create engaging content across various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Monitor social media channels for trends and user engagement, providing insights to the team. Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to improve engagement and reach. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to create cohesive campaigns. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies. Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely manner.
