Job Description: Social Media and Customer Service Associate We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to drive our online presence and customer service excellence. As a Social Media and Customer Service Associate, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our brand image and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management: Assist in curating and scheduling content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.) Monitor social media trends, comments, and messages, responding promptly and professionally Collaborate with the social media manager to develop creative campaigns and content calendars Analyze social media performance metrics and compile data for reports Customer Service Support: Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns across multiple channels (email, chat, social media) Address and resolve customer issues, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution Escalate complex customer inquiries to relevant teams and maintain a positive brand image Manage customer reviews and ratings, encouraging positive feedback and addressing negative comments professionally Collaboration and Reporting: Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales) to align social media efforts with business goals Share customer insights and feedback with relevant departments to drive product improvements and service enhancements Assist in compiling and organizing data for regular social media and customer service reports Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) Prior experience or internship in social media management and customer service (preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and empathetic tone Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage social media content schedules and customer interactions Familiarity with social media platforms and their unique features and audience preferences Basic knowledge of customer service principles and the ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies A creative mindset with an interest in staying informed about social media trends Proficiency in graphic design tools and content creation platforms (advantageous) What We Offer At TPARTS LLC, we're committed to providing a supportive and dynamic work environment.
