What You'll Do: Harness advanced Smartsheet functionalities to develop customized solutions that serve a wide array of industries and business contexts. Initiate process discovery, conduct strategic planning sessions, deliver impactful. Go beyond just implementing a tool; you're reimagining how our clients work, making an indelible mark through innovation and strategic insight. Lead transformative consulting engagements, champion best practices, and shape the future of work with Smartsheet. Oversee project administration activities, encompassing project setup, planning, budgeting, account management, and billing, ensuring smooth project completion. Proactively monitor industry trends and articulate their potential impact on clients. Mentor team members through coaching, regular ongoing feedback, annual performance reviews, and actively support project teams in resolving complex issues. Build and nurture strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor who understands their business needs, identifies opportunities for new business, and delivers high-quality service. Play an active role in attracting, interviewing, hiring, and retaining top talent. What You'll Bring: 4+ years prior experience in professional services (public accounting, advisory firm, or management consulting firm). In-depth knowledge of and hands-on experience implementing Smartsheet. Demonstrated experience working with clients to develop customized Smartsheet solutions. Experience mentoring and developing junior team members (formally OR informally). Consistent success in building and developing strong client relationships.
