About the roleYou’ll own Autopilot, our flagship AI product turning unstructured business data into carbon insights via NLP & ML on Climatiq’s emissions dataset. Making Climatiq's data accessible to sustainability professionals is a key objective for this role. This role provides a growth opportunity to manage a broader product portfolio. You’ll report to the CEO and partner with the CTO and Product Director to bridge product and technology, working alongside product leaders and a cross-functional team of ML engineers, full-stack and data engineers, climate scientists, and carbon accounting experts to drive innovation and execution. This role goes beyond feature builds. Your work will empower thousands of enterprises to measure, report, and act on emissions effortlessly. What you’ll doDefine and own Autopilot’s roadmap, aligning development with business goalsSet and track product metrics, KPIs and OKRs to demonstrate impactPartner with Engineering to turn customer insights into prioritized, measurable improvementsProduce and maintain clear product docs and work with Marketing on positioningConduct market and competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities and risksWhat we’re looking for3+ years leading technical data-driven in B2B SaaS/PaaS from concept through launchExcellent communication skills to connect with internal teams and external customersProven ability to build relationships across engineering, sales and customer success in a fast-paced startupPassion for climate-tech and data-driven sustainability (industry experience is a plus)Optional: eligible to work in GermanyBonus: Understanding of ML workflows; proficiency with Python RAdditional InformationLocation: Berlin or Remote within +/- 2 hours of CET timezoneStarting date: As soon as possibleHours: Full-time, flexible working hoursCompensation: Competitive salary and benefits, including employee stock options, learning and development stipend, regular team offsites, and moreAs a certified B Corp, Climatiq is an equal-opportunity employer and we welcome and encourage candidates from all backgrounds and experiences to apply for roles on our team.
