We're now seeking a Senior Statistics Architect to join our team in Costa Rica and help us transform the end-to-end Voice of the Customer process. About the Role As a Senior Statistics Architect at blithequark, you'll be responsible for driving the transformation and innovation of our Voice of the Customer methodology. You'll work closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts from Qualtrics, and our Agile technology team to design, build, and capture business needs. Your expertise will help us leverage our Cornerstone Big Data Platform to deliver innovative solutions that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with utility teams to define, frame, and capture business needs, and develop a deep understanding of Voice of the Customer methodologies. Design and build robust data model architecture to aid in efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions. Enable big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python. Provide guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using the big data ecosystem. Drive consumer tale analysis and elaboration, design, and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools. Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve quality and efficiency. Work closely with partners from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, develop, and test the data for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end process. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in development on Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting for data-driven tasks. Active collaboration with relationship managers/product owners to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables. Experience with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups. Strong understanding of data modeling, data processing, and data quality. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: Experience working in a big data ecosystem with technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python. Knowledge of statistical modeling and machine learning techniques. Experience with data visualization tools and techniques. Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and platforms.
