2025 is all about GROWTH for us here at Squiz , The Squiz product team is working to deliver a cloud-based Digital Experience Platform (DXP) with several core capabilities including Content Management, Optimisation tooling, AI Conversation and Platform services. We're seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Product Engineering Team on a permanent basis, with a focus on improving capability across the entire DXP. This role would best suit a well-rounded engineer who enjoys working across the entire stack of AWS, Node, TypeScript, and React, and is comfortable with moving between different problem domains within a product platform. Who you are:5+ years of professional hands-on experience in software development building and maintaining software products Proficiency in full-stack development, with expertise in web based languages and frameworks including Node, TypeScript, React or similar, and cloud platforms such as AWS Solid understanding of testing principles and demonstrated experience in implementing testing strategies to improve software quality and robustness Experience with Agile or other iterative development methodologies. We use Scrum for most of the teams, with some using Kanban Basic understanding of secure coding practices, particularly community standards such as OWASP - Fluent English and Polish skillsBased in Poland with full working rights Nice to have:Previous experience working on DXP or CMS platforms, or experience integrating or using DXP/CMS platforms What you'll do:Work within a team to help build our Digital Experience Platform. Each team consists of a Team Lead, and 2 or 3 Software Engineers at different levels - junior, mid and senior, Designer and Product Manager. Develop/enhance robust application code which meets all technical requirements Collaborate with team members to generate User Stories, Acceptance Criteria and estimates Assist other engineers and team leads with medium to large scale projects Write and maintain software documentation Work with best practices in software development, code quality, and architecture across our tech stack within your team - Node, TypeScript, React, Cloudflare, GitLab CI/CD, AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, SQS, Cloud Development Kit, CloudWatch) Why Squiz?
