Key Responsibilities Analyze Release Notes for 12 patches and 2 major upgrades to understand the impacts to the implemented functionality, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to our operations. Perform monthly patching, system checkouts, and validation for the MID and Edge Encryption servers, guaranteeing the security and integrity of our systems. Manage Access Management, release deployments for internally developed changes, and install new plug-ins to ensure the continued functionality and enhancement of our ServiceNow platform. Support monthly cloning activities and the development lifecycle for engineering activities, providing critical technical expertise and guidance. Troubleshoot issues, address incidents, and request fulfillment for personnel using the system, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal downtime. Manage license compliance for installed and purchased capabilities, optimizing our investment in the ServiceNow platform. Provide system administration for the ServiceNow platform and other applications supported by the team, including migration updates, system patching and upgrades, user and group management, daily health checks, and routine reboots. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow application support/administration. Alternatively, a Master's degree in Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or a related field, and 2 years of experience in ServiceNow application support/administration. Proven work experience in: Troubleshooting ServiceNow platform performance. Setup, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting of Clones of ServiceNow environments. Migration of ServiceNow application code changes between environments. Server Management. ServiceNow Integration support. Preferred Qualifications To give you a competitive edge, we prefer candidates with: Airline experience, although not essential, is highly desirable. Skills and Competencies The ideal candidate will possess: Strong technical skills in ServiceNow application support and administration. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
