We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex IT initiatives and drive digital transformation across a dynamic, cross-functional environment. This role will oversee all phases of project lifecycles, from planning and scope definition to execution and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. You will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, implement process improvements, and guide technology integrations with a focus on Agile methodologies. This position offers the opportunity to influence strategic decisions, streamline operations, and support impactful technology projects that advance organizational goals. Accountabilities: Lead and manage IT projects from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Drive technology integrations, digital transformation efforts, and process improvement initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones, meet budgetary guidelines, and maintain quality standards. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and aligning project goals with business objectives. Manage risks, issues, and changes, recommending innovative solutions to complex challenges. Oversee resource allocation and ensure project deliverables are met in a timely manner. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across teams. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; PMP certification preferred. 8+ years of project management experience, including 0-2 years of supervisory experience or equivalent. Proven expertise managing full project lifecycles and implementing Agile methodologies. Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamics, application development, and data warehouse projects highly preferred. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex change processes. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Ability to work remotely while occasionally traveling to the designated office location as needed. Benefits Competitive annual salary: $110,000 - $120,000, with potential additional incentives and merit-based increases.
