We would love to have you join our team! Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Back-End Developer to support OFM-focused enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will be proficient in .NET, WPF, C++, and SQL, with experience building robust, scalable, and maintainable systems. This role involves working closely with engineering and product teams to deliver high-performance solutions tailored to OFM integration and deployment. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain back-end services and components using .NET and C++. • Build and support desktop applications using WPF. • Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas using SQL Server. • Collaborate with front-end developers and system engineers to ensure seamless integration across the stack. • Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and system issues. • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies. • Document system architecture, APIs, and deployment procedures. • Ensure software meets security, reliability, and compliance standards. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 20+ years of experience in back-end development. • Proficiency in .NET (C#), WPF, and C++. • Strong experience with SQL Server and relational database design. • Familiarity with Linux environments and scripting. • Understanding of software design patterns and best practices. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Preferred Skills: • Experience with OFM software deployment and configuration. • Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns. • Exposure to front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
