Senior Manager, Integrated Communications (Remote)
About the position The Senior Manager, Integrated Communications at RTX Corporation is responsible for developing and executing strategic communications strategies to support the business and growth goals of the Mission Systems portfolio. This role involves collaboration with senior leaders and various business units to drive effective marketing communications campaigns, ensuring alignment with company priorities and strategic goals. Responsibilities • Lead the strategy, execution, and analysis of cross-business unit and strategic business unit marketing communications campaigns. • Support the development and maintenance of communications deliverables such as talking points, key messages, speeches, news releases, and holding statements. • Collaborate with global communications centers of expertise to develop campaigns that contribute to business objectives. • Leverage data and industry benchmarking to track and improve communications campaigns. • Prepare leaders and subject matter experts for external speaking opportunities. • Support messaging and execution of industry trade shows and events to achieve business objectives. • Ensure all communications projects align with strategic goals and are executed efficiently. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Public Relations, or related field with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 7 years experience. • Experience delivering strategic marketing communications plans for matrixed organizations. • Proven experience delivering data-driven outcomes using various communication platforms. • Project management experience. • Strong written, oral, and electronic communication skills, particularly in a virtual environment.
