About the Role: Senior HR Technology Analyst We're seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior HR Technology Analyst to join our People Systems Team at blithequark. As a liaison between our Business and Technology Partners, you'll play a critical role in driving the future of our organization through innovative HR solutions. This hybrid role, based at our vibrant Corporate Campus in Dallas, TX, requires a minimum of three days of on-site work per week, as designated by the Department. Key Responsibilities Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or monetary data for evaluation by Executives, Managers, Customers, and other Stakeholders Participate in Enterprise projects, providing subject matter expertise in People data and analytics strategies Resolve escalated issues through the investigation of discrepancies in Employee data Ensure data integrity is maintained by correctly interpreting variances and outliers to Leadership Collaborate with Stakeholders to ensure capabilities and next stories meet expectations Communicate with key Stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives Conduct analysis and identify solutions to business problems Perform other job duties as directed by Employee Leaders Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A High School Diploma or GED Advanced-level experience, professional and specialized expertise in functional experience and support of HR and/or Payroll systems Knowledge of administrative and clerical processes and systems, media production and communication strategies, and HR concepts and processes Skilled in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems Ability to communicate information and ideas in speech so others will understand, and to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly preferred: Advanced knowledge and experience with Workday configuration in HCM and Recruiting Jira experience, which can be beneficial in transitioning to this role What We Offer At blithequark, we offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes: Competitive marketplace earnings ranging from $97,750 per year to $108,600 per year, depending on qualifications and experience Bonus opportunities for eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles A range of benefits you'll love, including: Fly for free on any open seat on all blithequark flights (your eligible dependents too) Up to a 9.3% 401(k) Company match, dollar for dollar, of your eligible pay, per paycheck Potential for annual ProfitSharing contribution towards retirement - when blithequark profits, you profit Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we're committed to helping our Employees grow and develop in their careers.
