Senior Full-Stack Ruby on Rails Engineer

DescriptionWe’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Ruby on Rails Engineer to lead development of our analytics dashboard. You’ll design, build, and maintain Rails APIs, background jobs, and database schemas that power data-rich React components and interfaces. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, front-end developers, and infrastructure to rapidly push new features from ideation to production. This is a hands-on role with plenty of scope to influence architecture, user experience, and coding standards. While we’re targeting senior engineers, we’re open to strong mid-level candidates who demonstrate leadership, ownership, and a passion for full-stack craftsmanship. We aim to help mobile app developers make data-driven decisions about their marketing in a secure, privacy-centric, user-friendly way. We encourage flexibility in working locations and hours but also make sure we all overlap at least briefly for a bit each day.
