Job Summary We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Representative to join our Reservations and Support Team. As a Senior Customer Representative, you'll provide technical leadership and guidance on the design, development, and deployment of solutions that support our customer-facing applications. You'll work closely with our customers, business stakeholders, project managers, IT architects, technical leads, and other engineers to understand requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs. Key Responsibilities As a Senior Customer Representative, your key responsibilities will include: Leadership and Guidance: Provide technical leadership and guidance on the design, development, and deployment of solutions that support our customer-facing applications.
