Application Operations is part of International Technology and functions as a third-line expert team with a strong SRE mindset. Our mission is to ensure the reliability, scalability, and long-term stability of our point of arrival products, delivering a seamless experience for our customers. We apply engineering principles to operations work, focusing on automation, observability, incident response, and continuous improvement. The team collaborates closely with development teams, infrastructure platform, and network teams, as well as incident managers, to drive operational excellence and support critical initiatives across the organization. Responsibilities: Build broad and deep knowledge of our strategic cloud platformsProactive monitoring of health and trends of services and componentsProvide technical expertise to support, and resolve major incidentsFollow up root cause and how to prevent incidents from reoccurringBe part of the 3rd level 24/7 support teamsTechnical support expertise of various projects across all environments Requirements: 6+ years experience of enterprise Linux system administration. Wizard level on trouble-shooting incidents in large and complex environmentsUnderstand the fundamentals of Git/Dev/SecOp, build pipelines.
