Job Overview As the Inventory Network Frameworks Manager at blithequark, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing our Warehouse Management System (WMS), serving as a critical liaison between our IT and Application Development departments. This full-time position is based in Somerset, USA, and offers a competitive hourly salary of $25. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support and implement changes to our WMS, ensuring seamless integration with our Distribution Center (DC) operations. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including the Organization/Telecom divisions and the Technology Office, to coordinate, troubleshoot, and implement physical infrastructure that supports our DC. Act as the primary contact for MHE vendors regarding data handling and work closely with all smart devices, including Sortation Control Systems. Develop and implement comprehensive data backup and recovery procedures to ensure business continuity. Liaise between the warehouse office, WMS vendor, and MIS Division to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement. Support all data handling equipment, including printers and terminals, and maintain LAN (Local Area Network) configuration. Coordinate the implementation of future software releases and manage inventory tracking of in-stock supplies. Supervise non-exempt staff and maintain control tables within the WMS, including access security. Monitor system application performance to ensure it is ready and accessible to all end-users. Manage peripheral interfaces with the WMS, such as Neoware Terminals, RF Devices, and Printers. Oversee end-user access and rights, reporting to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis. Develop reporting tools for clients to enhance visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably with an IT focus. 2+ years of IT experience, including proficiency in Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Oracle, and other relevant technologies. 2+ years of experience working in a delivery environment, with a strong understanding of SQL, MS-Excel, Access, Project, and MS-Word. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. A degree in an IT-related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in technical principles. Exceptional relational and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
