The Quality Steering and Security hub develops, operates and manages sustainable solutions for the security requirements in DTIT and in the Deutsche Telekom AG Group. Processes are designed and operationalized to ensure these requirements in DTIT. IT systems are provided that support the personnel, physical and financial security of company assets, employees and customers. The team is responsible for driving forward the key topics such as SDSK, IT Security, Risk Management, AVV, BIA / TIA, & Co for all DT IT applications in the DTAG segments. In particular, challenges in the cloud environment (including certification offers) and in the automation of internal processes are further topics and represent important pillars for the future development of the team and the service portfolio. DescriptionDevelopment and implementation of efficient and secure procedures for data processing and analysis; security measures for monitoring and protecting against cyber attacks/infiltration of online applications; security technical support for the introduction and use of data systems. Devising Group-wide strategies in the subject field of security and data protection taking into account the Group strategy and relevant statutory regulations and voluntary codices. Assuming responsibility for the development, adjustment, and monitoring of security policies and procedures, and for ensuring compliance with legal and corporate standards. Improving and implementing management systems and methods. Planning and carrying out reviews or joint reviews in the security environment. Assuming responsibility for detecting and validating security risks and devising solutions. Steering process optimization for high-level subject fields in the security environment. Carrying out in-house training on the subject of IT security. Advising top management on data and information security and acting as a point of contact for ad hoc (internal and customer) inquiries and their handling. Managing strategic projects. Requirements:Tolerance for monotony. Experience in IT Service Management (e.g., change management, patch management). Experience with the operation of large enterprise IT systems. Knowledge of IT security best practices. Worked in a corporate environment compliant with GDPR and ISO 27001 requirements and understands the essence of these requirements. Effective interpretation of system documentation in English and/or German. Proficiency in English and/or German. Strong communication skills with colleagues both in IT and non-IT areas. Not mandatory, but preferred: Experience in vulnerability management. Experience in hardening. Experience in risk management. Audit experience.
